Also can you set it up to renew automatically?

Its been about one year for me too and today I can't login and I can't raise a ticket without being logged in :(

Well it turns out that my annual subscription had indeed expired but I only guessed that it had. I couldn't find out anywhere that it had. There was no notification from either 3D Experience nor EAA. I had to go back through EAA's member benefits page to get to the link for the 50% discount offer. Talk about jumping through hoops!
