So I honestly think this is quicker than lofting. I never used a 3D draw in CAD so this might be functionally the same as that.
This is about an 8 hour turn around which is quicker than my usual method.
I started with a properly scaled outline I did in FreeCAD then took the outline over laid the image on it. Then began dimensionally constraining vertexes.
Some clean up removing extra bits from the outline and a quick repair in 3D builder and it was able to be imported into your preferred CFD.
