Drawings within 3D Experience

I purchased and downloaded 3D Experience for my son to use for a school project. He needs to make a 3 view of a rubber powered flight endurance model he built for the school competition. The problem is that the drawing app is not available in 3D Experience. Does it not come with the ability to draw a simple 3 view?

The drawing application is more for making drawings of 3D models. It is quite tedious for direct drawing.

You can draw in 3D with Solidworks, but it is not too easy (or maybe I'm not too good). I think it would be easier to model the plane and then Solidworks can be used to generate 3D drawings.
