I can't even figure out how to buy 3dexperience

I have clicked through the multi layer cakes of webpages, pdfs, and whatever else, and click on "View cart" and am greeted with a mostly blank page.

This isn't the end of the world exactly, but it is annoying and a little pathetic.

I tried using Fusion but I've been using Solidworks so long my brain doesn't work very well with much else but solidworks at this point :D


anyone else try to buy only to be stymied?

something I don't entirely understand was wrong with both browsers on my desktop - purchase went fine on my laptop. Installation is some ongoing mess.

Their attempt and turning this into some kind of social networking tool is irritating AF. I want to model things, not wade through mounds of circular menu selections.

Fortunately, since I'm now a paying customer instead of using a "free benefit" of my EAA membership, I will have ZERO hesitation in contacting support. :)
