Vacuum regulator

I have a two input port vacuum regulator and no longer need two ports. Is there a way to cap off one port, or will I need to replace the regulator?

Mine came with a rubber cap that goes over the second port if you don't intend to use it.

Ditto Ron's answer. I had to adjust the regulator to lower the vacuum gage reading just a bit after I did it.
