Nearest. Take shuttle past Warbirds that goes past North 40 to the gate by the Super 8 before the Hilton Gatden Inn and short walk.

My solution has always been to take my oldest, rattiest undies and socks, and put them in the trash at the end of the show. Same with the towel I use after the camp showers. If I need more of any of those things, Target is a short (free) bus ride away. Shorts can be re-worn (IMO) and there are tons of t-shirts to buy at the show.

Thanks guys. For my brother. His wife was packing a new set of clothes for each of ten days and he was having to adjust fuel loads! I said that after a day or so that no one will notice smells anyway.

When my wife goes on a trip, her way of thinking is, I may want to wear this, or maybe this, so I'll take it all. Two suitcases, a shoe bag and a couple of smaller bags for a weekend trip. My philosophy is, this is what I'm wearing, a backpack or WalMart bag will carry everything I need for a weekend. Women, can't live with 'em, can't live with 'em!!! lol

Sure you can, you just drive or own a PC-12.

Dale, who has gone on vacation with an espresso machine in the trunk...

Hi Dale, my wife has never been to A/V, yet, and because of family matters we've been taking seperate vacations and it works out great. She can pack as much stuff as she wants too when she goes and I can go comando, not packing much that is, when I go, which is mostly flying stuff.

Mine doesn't really want to go back to A/V (she went with me the first time) and positively refuses to go back to Dayton for Hamvention -- not that I blame her for either one, really. But we do travel together most of the time. And to be fair, the coffee machine was my idea. I figured if we were taking THAT much stuff, why tolerate subpar coffee in the morning?
