I did a "group buy" a couple years ago on 3 PLB's and got a pretty good discount.......

Timing can play a part. Can't speak to bartering, but sometimes significant deals can be had on the last 2 days of the show. IOW, if your schedule allows, don't be in a rush to throw your money on the counter.

Bartering was a bad word. I should have said negotiate. Glenn, I was kind of thinking along the lines of a package deal too. i.e. if I buy 2 can i get them for $xxx.xx?
