    Can anyone identify this aircraft?

Hi everyone, new guy here. I'm trying to identify a specific aircraft. In the photo I attached, the nose is visible on the far right. There's a rather distinctive looking nose gear leg, that might be enough to identify it, I'm hoping anyway.

Bonus if anyone knows the actual aircraft and not just the type of plane it is. I have a feeling that the owner of this plane might also own the Corvette in the pic, and would probably want to know that his/her car is being used in a scam by a rather accomplished convicted felon down here in the south. Please help!
