Help needed for daughter of German EAA member at Santa Barbara CA

    Hi
is anybody out there who can assist me (EAA 1002820) in finding an affordable accommodation at Santa Barbara, CA for my 24 year old daughter. Helen is a master student in chemical engineering and starts in February 2020 a 4-month-research-term at the UCSB. This is her second university term in the US.
    Any hints are highly appreciated.
    Thanls in advance!
    Thomas

Thomas, she might look into low rent co-op housing for UCSB students.

    Santa Barbara Student Housing Cooperative

    Good luck.

    Scooper,

thanks a lot. Helen will try her luck.
Nice picture of your aircraft. Is it Rotax powered?

Thanks, Thomas; it's powered by a Continental O-200-A. Forty years ago I owned a C-150 with an O-200, and then an O-300 powered C-172, and am partial to these small displacement Continentals.
