Found this on the Sonerai Works website. Thanks to Fred Keip for keeping the Sonerai design alive for all these years. I always enjoyed checking out his red and silver Sonerai over the years.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Effective Friday, December 20, 2019, SoneraiWorks LLC is closed for business. All of the assets of the company have been sold to John Monnett and Sonex Ltd. The Sonerai family of sport airplanes has returned home. Plans and components should be available from Sonex Ltd (www.sonexaircraft.com) shortly after the first of the year. Thanks to everyone who has supported me for the past five years.
