    Could be any plane, AN3095 is a generic mil spec part number.

    As Dana says, it's not possible to pin it down to a single airplane. Grimes was a manufacturer whose lights are used on all sorts of aircraft (still in business today). This light was used on a lot of aircraft. Many of the Cessna taildraggers had this as an option. The fact that it still has the "Right Wing" tag on it sort of leads me to believe it was never installed. The Cessna 195 could have them on both wings. The 140 on the other hand would have had a left wing one (though as the tag points out, you can convert it by rotating the bulb).
