Stan, at the time of the incident, owned a Cessna and was quite active in Cessna Pilot's Association / Cessna Pilot's Society forums. The last I heard, he was building a Zenith, but haven't heard much since then.

Much discussion on those forums about the treatment he received and his case. Glad to hear it's been to the top.
