who is the go to guy for a long EZ questions?
I have over 500 hours in one I bought. Flying partner has over 1000 in his. What do you want to know?
Or you could try here: http://forum.canardaviation.com/index.php
but 80-90% are builders, just theorizing and like to post a lot rather than truely knowledgeable....2 or 3 are very knowledgeable!
Some very experienced canardians here: http://www.ez.org/smf/index.php?board=2.0

The guy that built mine owns Anacortes Marine Radio near you. If you actually build - he may be helpful. A lot of people buy partially finished projects. These seem to be a good way to get a jump on the build. The problem is, unless you are reasonably familiar with the skills and techinques already, you don't get to work your way up the learning curve in a safe manner that was built into the plans and sequence. You will also need all the Canard Pushers related to the LongEZ for all the 'rest of the story' in constructing one.
Good luck.
Tom - this link has pretty much everything you need in the first post plans, templates, etc that someone scanned in to pdf format.
You will also need all 80 of the Canard Pusher newsletters, if you can't find someplace to download them I can copy them for you, they fit on 2 CDs
The original plans are not the greatest in the world, my project is based on a Long EZ & it took some doing & lots of cross referencing in the plans to get the data that I needed put in Autocad.
