A sure sign Winter isn't forever

My Tram Volunteer schedule form came via e-mail yesterday. Filled it out as always and sent it back to Gene and Sandy.

Now it's a fact that we got about a foot of snow over the last two days, the air temp is now 8F with a wind chill of -9F, there is a polar bear sleeping against my garage door which 'could' pose a problem when I head off for errands later this morning...…………

BUT ------------------ AIRVENTURE 2019 BABY!!!!!!! It's coming and can't come too soon for me.

Ditto, but I don't have snow to clear from in front of my garage (nor any kangaroos). We've had the opposite weather problem to you; summer temps as high as 117F in the north of my state. Roll on Osh 2019!

In Toronto today, that would be considered a heatwave.

You need to swing by my place sometime over the next 7-10 days Glenn. We will be in single digits F with wind-chills in the double-digit MINUS F's.

There's this flag pole I double-dog dare you to lick.

Last couple days the air temps have been -20's, wind chills -50's.

It's SO cold...... I saw my Alderman with his hands in his own pockets!

In Toronto it's -37C today with the windchill. Colder than my ex-wife's heart!
