    Question Fheaa?

I'm sitting here watching the Quest Channel (The Aviators), and they were talking about FHEAA. Here's the description of FHEAA ~ "An Aviation Centric Not for Profit Foundation, FHEAA teaches underprivileged young Haitian adults the skills to fix and to fly Cessna aircraft, a necessary transport tool in the development of the country." Are they affiliated with EAA?

It stands for Fondation Haïtienne pour une Education Adaptée à l’Aéronautique

    or

Haitian Foundation for Education Tailored to Aeronautics

I keep looking for airplanes around my town's Emergency Aid Association building.

IMO, a bizarre initiative considering 9 years after the totally destructive and devasting earthquake that Haitians have still not recovered from. Lack of proper living structures, lack of sanitation, lack of running water, an economy still in ruins, extreme levels of unemployment. So let's do something with airplanes?
