Zenith 750 Cruzer Fuel Flow Test

Just having trouble doing the fuel flow test on a 750 Cruzer.

1. Could anyone with a flying Cruzer comment on what the deck angle is at Vx?

2. Does anyone have a chart or table showing the fuel flow for a Continental O-200 at WOT?

I have a 701 and did a fuel flow test with tail as low as possible. Fuel did not flow as wings and engine were at same height. So I installed a Facet pump for $35 with the free flow feature just in case I ever took off at a radical AOA. If doing a full tail down takeoff, turn on the pump and be assured of fuel flow.
