    Paint with a roller

Has anyone tried painting a metal airplane with a paint roller, using polyurethane or acrylic enamel ??? It worked well with poly on smaller items at the airlines.

I would think with a 2k paint or 2 part paint you would sure need something that sets up real slow, I'd like to know more details about it as well. Like how many coats are needed etc. details are needed, not just a I've done it article and it had no place to see part 2.

We painted a fabric Challenger with red latex exterior house paint (it was on sale) and used a roller.
It looked good flying overhead and acceptable standing beside it.
It was 5 yrs old when we sold it and no change, hangered of course.

I have a short video of rolling latex on my Micro Mong. I was pleased with the results on both metal and fabric.
