    AirVenture 2018 Food and Beverage

    New this year is:
    International Garden Café by Saz’s

    New
    food items this year:
    Subway will be bringing wraps,
    Tower Concessions by A&W is expanding to offer salads, wraps, and fresh fruits and veggies.
    Ultralight Concessions by Parker John’s BBQ features an entirely gluten-free menu.

    Oshkosh is my excuse to get my Brat (and cheese curds, yah heh der, squeaky cheese) fix for the years.

    I hit up Major Goolsby a lot, but I limited myself to one or two "Brat-or-eatos" or whatever they're called a year.

    Only cuz it's about food, I have to toss this in: It may not be the haute cuisine that some crave, but I really appreciate the Operation Thirst provisions, lunches, snacks, etc., and the folks that prepare them. It's nice to kick back and have refreshment brought to *you* on those long days of volunteering.
