    Just came across some old notes from when I was building a paramotor. DHV (the governing body for paraglider certification) specs for the wing attach point distance are 38-42cm (15-16½"). I don't know what the PPC numbers are, but it's a lot more, on the order of 4' or so.

    Reference the ASC web site. There is a FAA revision that allows wheels on PPC for 2 seat training. Just what you need.
