Getting ready to make reservations for the event as I usually do, but I gotta ask the question here again . Why can t the meals offered be regular dishes with out sauces I have to google to see what they are ?
And what is quinoi (spelling ?)

I think you might mean quinoa. Kind of like rice, my wife makes it when she is on her health kicks

I've read it tastes 'like' a merger of brown rice and oatmeal? Until they start spelling it "keenwah" I'm not buying any - lol

Actually it is not bad, but I do seem to remember it being expensive, so I will stick with Uncle Ben
