Electric Aircraft Resources

I would like to build a two place, electric powered gyroplane, possibly using the Emrax 268 motor (200 kw peak, 100 kw continuous, 44 lb) now being used by the four place Sun Flyer. I am looking for resources to acquire the knowledge, plus where to purchase controller, battery, reduction gear, etc. I am an A&P, and have lots of electrical engineering experience. Fixed wing electric aircraft resources should be applicable. Please reply with your own experience.
