Yep, it's called a Parker Teenie Two (an improved version of the mid-60's Jeanie's Teenie) and has a 4 cylinder VW. Gary Watson simplified it in the mid-70's and put a half VW on it and called it the Windwagon. Morry Hummel made the Windwagon even better and called it the Hummelbird. If you want to fly upside down, Bradley Aerospace in Chico, CA sells a kit for their version of this design, called the Aerobat. If you check the FAA's registration database, you may find some near you, and then you can contact the owners to see if they'd considered selling their old girlfriend to you.
