LSAs are still fairly rare (in comparison to traditional aircraft) and I don't know if the EAA forums has that many members.
You might consider posting to Pilots of America. They have over 20,000 members, and you might possibly find someone willing to take you up.
Otherwise, If you don't mind flying in a traditional-type aircraft (like a small Cessna or Piper) the local airports probably have companies that provide flight training; these usually will do sightseeing flights as well. You can do a Google search for "Aircraft training West Florida" to get some companies. However, these will likely be more expensive...on the order of $150-$200 for a one-hour flight.
There may be some with LSAs for rent, as well. I ran a search adding "LSA" to the search term above, and it listed a number of companies. I'd try this one first:
Lockwood Aviation, Sebring, FL (863) 655-5100
Here are the other ones that came up. Don't know how many are still valid.
Wings of Paradise, Pembroke Pines, FL (954) 965-6000
Airsport Adventures, Dunnellon, FL (352) 457-8143
US Sport Aircraft, Inc. Fort Pierce, FL (772) 595-9996
Tampabay Aerosport, Zephyrhills, FL (813) 786-8290
First Landings Aviation, Apopka, FL (407) 886-7612
Paragon Flight, Fort Myers, FL (239) 274-3170
Phoenix Air USA, Melbourne, FL (352) 250-5644
Avstar Aviation, Clearwater, FL(727) 535-2600
Premier One Aviation, Miami, FL (786) 293-1440
Orlando Gateway Sport Pilot Aviation Center, Kissimmee, FL, (407) 518-1529
Bon Chance!
