    ConcordLift needs expert help

See http://www.concordlift.com/ for a brief intro. There are links to a Power Point intro and animation and to a paper presented at AIAA outlining the concept. The illustrations are not engineered designs to build. They show a few of the possible forms the concept - configuration might take.
I have never been able to get a professional, knowledgeable critique. I know some of the issues but in generalities. The base concept can go many directions. Drag is an issue but I need a clear analysis of the various drag characteristics to understand what needs to be changed.
The literature says a spanloader wing, without any cantilever is ideal to carry load.
The goal was to develop the maximum capacity at lowest wing load, which becomes the largest possible wing.
I know the poor aspect ratio of the illustrated concept is high drag. I have some ideas about solutions.
This can have any A/R desired, since it is not cantilevered. At any rate I think this is a better idea than the hybrid airships being developed.
I know this does not fit in any of EAA existing topics. I am hoping someone in may be willing to give me guidance.
I have a small plane version of this.
