    Trade show sellers?

I don't know where this should be but during #osh16 we got a charging phone case from "Yota enterprises" (that's what the email says) they sell "pro-royal" brand stuff

so we paid a hundred bucks for a "3 day" (actually 2 but 3200ma) battery charging case that also had "one upgrade" because the new phone was coming out soon also had a screen protector and a 3/1 (lightning micro and 30 pin all in one 6" cord that I haven't tested but previous ones have allways had something wrong!

The case ease itself is nowhere near reliable on if it will even charge the phone but it did when it was shown! (Go figure huh?) it's also on amazon looks similar for 25 bucks!

So right after when we got the email I replied asking about process to get the new they said email as I had --after the upgrade I have literally emailed a few dozen times they have not given any eta/info to when the one we are looking for will be in and at one point they claimed was a 25 buck "upgrade fee" which we were never told about! (Shipping on a usps small priority flat rate is like 5 bucks!)

im wondering if anyone recalls these people if they have had a similar experience and if this isn't enough to question there ability to return?

(Oh they claim there in vegas so 5 central I called excessive ringing to an annoying squeal echo and *nothing* I personally am beyond DONE over a week to reply to email?--I want to file a chargeback but my moms card so her decision her money--I have emailed bbb in that area see if they can't help me in finding them on the bbb system try something more formal as they have HAD shipping address and one wanted sence just after launch)

If you’re talking about the slick sales types in Hanger D who would grab people from the aisle to sell them charging phone cases, they were asked to leave by the end of day four. Not soon enough for many reputable vendors close to them. I would not expect much from that group. I talked with an EAA director to express my concerns about the vendor vetting process. A lot of vendors were here today and then gone tomorrow in Hanger D.

I watched a pushy vendor from Geico literally grab an elderly man by the arm and try to escort him into the booth after the man said "No" 2 times. I yelled at the vendor "He said NO!" and the guy backed off. Really sux how EAA has diluted the quality of vendors just for a buck.

"Pushy". You're being way too kind Glenn. What you saw is unwanted aggression bordering on physical assault. Totally agree with your assessment of EAA's vendor choices. But I believe these non-aviation vendors are escalating because the pool of viable aviation related vendors has been decreasing over the past decade because the industry is economically depressed.

I've never had that issue with the geiko people while I was there --hopefully they will have more/better vendors this coming year

If anyone is wondering the bbb complaint got them to show they really don't care and they had copies of the emails where we verified "free is no cost" and I tore the case apart (compared to my lifeproof) they have yet to reply sence my last message over 10 days ago asking about images

so in my case I want to encourage EVERYONE if walking past any of there booths to let people know to look at AMAZON for the products they sell! We go we are likely to take the old case that never worked right with and I'll have access to my emails so I'm likely to try pulling bd on them "free upgrade? Ok here's the old one now I want the new in +" and if they try saying I have to email I'll pull the message out where they CHANGE story then I'll pull up amazon! And I'll likely a couple times say "why didn't I just look at amazon first?! Instead of dealing with these lies and thieves?! It's a quarter as much and. Proubly works as poorly as these do!"

If if you can't tell I'm beyond annoyied here and I know 90% of the time bbb ACTUALLY gets stuff done!
