Thanks, Jim, but I was just the (admittedly charming, handsome and erudite) messenger. My job consisted of saying "Someone sez the Internet is busted", and the people who know what they're doing took it from there.

Where would we be without messengers? BTW, H&P? I'm actually going to be there, got my ticket for the whole shebang!

Are the EAAVideo servers down again? I was able to access them last week. This week, however, no joy. YouTube videos work fine. My browser is IE 11.0 Any recommendations?

I thought that it might be my PC. I just get a gray screen, then it times out. No error message or anything. I might try to restore last week's config and see if that helps. Maybe Windows Update did something.

Let us know how it goes, Bud - I'm not seeing any issues here.

No Joy. Just tried to load the latest 'Hints for Homebuilders' video and still just a gray screen. I didn't bother restoring anything since its only the EAA videos that seems to be the problem. What video format does EAA use and why is it different than Youtube, Vimeo,....?

It's a flash player streamed by brightcove. It works fine for me. Are you using an iOS device?

I still don't see any issues on this end, Bud, and haven't seen any other reports from any other users. As Ron says, the player uses flash, but, as I understand it, falls back to HTML5 to support iOS (iPads, iPhones, etc.) I've never come across a device that couldn't play them.

Can you try a different browser - Chrome or Firefox? There's no reason it shouldn't work with IE, but it's worth a try.
