Butterfly gyroplane

Is anyone familiar with this:

It looks thoroughly modern, for a low-end gyro like Sportcopter Lightning.

I'm curious about the somewhat smallish horizontal stabilizer, compared to other designs. Also, perhaps something else that does not meet the eye immediately. For example, is there enough rotor inertia to land it with engine off in calm winds.
