    Question August 2014 Experimenter?

Hey folks, did I miss something or is Experimenter on hiatus? I was just dowloading all my favorites and noticed that there is no August edition, yet. I can't remember if it comes out at the beginning or end of the month, thought it was the beginning.

    Thanks!

It was a little late this month because of convention, but it's live now, Jim:

Hal, a photographer was assigned at Oshkosh this year to photograph all first time airplanes to be published in the Experimenter. Will that happen, wasn't in this past issue.

I asked the photographer about getting copies of the photos he took, but never got a response back.

Okay, just wanted to make sure I wasn't going crazy. I download SA and Exp PDFs to my iPad to read when I'm on a trip. I can't wait until Vintage Airplane current issues are available the same way!

    Guys,

We will be running the Perseverance Award photos starting in October. August and September issues of Experimenter are mostly written before Convention. We made a real effort this year to get good photos of those who made their first trip to Oshkosh in their newly finished homebuilts. Many thanks for my two new volunteer photographers John and Don.
