I can't believe it has already been a week...

For as long as it took AirVenture to get here, it was over in a flash. I can't believe that almost a week has gone since it was here.

Already looking forward to next year!

I must say that even though I love AirVenture. Now that I have completed my Sonex and am in phase 1 testing with it I am happy to get the airport back to normal use so I can burn some avgas!

Same here Oshkosh has been the high point every year of my life, and I am always sad to see it end.......but its also nice to get back to normal around here...at least as normal as we ever are.

Heard around the exhibition hangars on Saturday about 15:00:

"I'm glad I came; I can't wait to go home; I can't wait for next year! And, will I see you at Sun-'n-Fun?"

This years' OSH certainly had special meaning to me. As Paul always said EAA isn't just about airplanes, it's about people. There are some Oshkosh people that are extremely special to me.
