    Pancake Breakfast Facility Question

I watched the "Power of the Pancake" web seminar as a video replay, so I wasn't able to ask a question. (Well, I could ask questions, but the video player doesn't respond to them.)

In the example, the local Oshkosh chapter has the use of the terminal building for their events. In our situation, we have the use of a hangar with good electricity, but no water. We can get water from the nearby airport office building, but the toilet facilities aren't adequate for a large number of people.

I was wondering what other chapters do for their events. I believe renting portable toilets would be too expensive for the short time a breakfast is held. Could something like a portable restroom be built by us at a reasonable (cheap) cost? I have to think with all the breakfasts out there many of them are held at locations that have this issue.

Before we built our own hangar, we ran PCBs out of a member's hangar that had one toilet. We would serve about 250 breakfasts and, although the line would get a little long sometimes, it never seemed to be a major problem. If the airport office has a bathroom, you could possibly use that and just have a volunteer be on "bathroom watch".
