    If anyone is having trouble connecting to the WebCams...try turning OFF your Popup blocker.

    Worked for me.

    No need to turn it completely off if you can find the filters and simply allow popups from eaa.org

    Then the rest of the sites stay blocked.

    Slow down the pan rates...

    The webcams can only upload data so fast...A fast pan appears jerky and skips...even worse when zoomed in it is borderline nauseating.

    The current Vintage cam rate is perfect !

    IMHO
