Golf cart service between N40 - Scholler ?

Last year I tripped over a "hidden" service at OSH... golf cart service between GAP and Scholler. I think it's run by some folks that manage the campground reservations? It's a volunteer service that accepts donations for Young Eagles. One of the marshals told me about it as I was tying down last year but have since lost the phone number for this and have no other information. It's lifesaver when one is trying to schlep equipment!!

Does anyone have more info on this? Phone?
