House in the area for rent.

Hey,

We moved from Neenah to Oshkosh last Nov. We let a young couple rent the house CHEAP so we could put it on the market in the summer, and not worry about it all winter. Well, they're finally gone (ya, that went poorly!) and since it's so close to Air Venture, thought we'd see if there's any interest in renting it out for the airshow.

It's a 4 bedroom, 1900 sq ft single family detached in a super nice neighborhood on Doty Island in Neenah. It's 25 mins to show center, 15 mins to ATW. Everything works perfectly, but there ain't any furniture.

Has a detached 2 car garage, and a basement half finished. Washer/Dryer and fridge (x2) are still there. This is a 2 owner house built in the 30's, I think the mayor of Doty owned it originally. It's really a cute house!

So, if there's interest, we can help find stuff to borrow locally, or you can bring cots and air matresses, or rent from a Rent A Center or something. We can help with a car probably as well, can certainly loan a truck and trailer, willing to do whatever.

Asking $1500 for the house for the duration (even a couple days before to after). We don't want to try and rent rooms individually. It's located at 1306 W Forest, Neenah WI. Of course we'd be willing to apply the rent towards a purchase if you just want to buy the whole thing!

Oh ya. That's based on about 10 people (figure 2 per room, plus two in the basement). Open to negotiation for either more, or less. There's 1 1/2 bathrooms.
