Lancaster Bomber Amazing Sound of 4 Merlins

    Hi

I'm new to this forum, I have a passion for historic warbirds. Unfortunately I can't afford one so have to make do with videoing them and sharing the results.
    Here's one I made recently.

    cheers
    Malcolm

Welcome and very nice. From the background voices on your video I take it you're from the UK and the Lanc you shot is the British one owned by the RAF. It is one of only two airworthy Lancs in the entire world. The other is in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada owned by the Canadian Warplane Heritage Foundation.

This summer, people in the UK will see something extremely rare and special. The Canadian Lanc is flying to Britain to join the RAF Lanc to participate in a number of air displays, flypasts and other events beginning August 14. Two Lancs flying side by side is a treat for the eyes, something no one has seen in many decades. In the hope that you might want to attend to shoot and post a truly spectacular video, I am attaching the appearance schedule. Enjoy!
