I am buying an AEIO360 Year 1994
But could find if its crackshaft was
Afected by retirement ad, crankshaft
Serial number is
13b27128
Anyone could help me

Table 5 of Lycoming Mandatory SB 569a dated April 11, 2006 lists all of the affected crankshafts. http://www.caa.si/fileadmin/user_upl..._sb_SB569A.pdf

Note that the first digit in your crankshaft Serial Number may be an I rather than a 1, but in either case, it is not listed as one of the affected crankshafts.
