Who is now responsible for the EAA "Grassroots" iniative?

I heard that Jeff Skiles has moved on, who is the it person now?

    Hi Ken -

Sorry I missed the post last week...!

The Grassroots Pilot Tour is an association-wide initiative. Jeff is a very active participant - in fact he's traveling right now, doing two of the stops - but he isn't and wasn't in charge of the program. Jack Pelton, Sean Elliot, and other EAA staffers are also regular presenters.

I hope this clears it up, and, again, sorry for the delayed response!

    Regards -

    Hal

Jeff Skiles presented to the Fitchburg Pilots Association/EAA 1454 last night. Was very down to earth and was great with the crowd. An interesting and entertaining evening.

    Best of luck,

    Wes

The answer begs the unsaid - Is Jeff leaving? If so, who will be taking his position?

Not sure where you got that idea, Jim...? No, Jeff isn't going anywhere.

The idea was from the thread lead.
"I heard that Jeff Skiles has moved on, who is the it person now?"

Ahh - gotcha, Jim. I'd read the original post quite differently.

OK, OK, I accept full blame for spreading a false rumor! I'll email Jeff with a follow-up from a meeting I had with him earlier this year when I met him.
