EAA's Legal Advisory Council, along with the AOPA's John and Kathy Yodice and the NTSB Judge Col. Stephen Woody, will host a one-hour CLE seminar from 10:30-11:30, Friday the 2nd of August at AirVenture. The seminar qualifies for credit in most states, is free to attend, and requires registration.
The seminar will focus on the Pilots' Bill of Rights and will include:

  • Provision of the PBOR notice
  • Access to ATC data
  • Application of rules of evidence
  • Application of rules of procedure
  • New appellate options
  • Status of the NOTAM project
  • Status of the medical application revisions
  • Revised medical qualification standards
