Trying to save some money on .....STROBES

I just put this video together really quick. You will see 3 different style of strobes.

I was shocked at how good the ones I dug up after showing you the first two sets worked. You see them on the rolled up rug to the left. They are the two red ones with the LED's ineach. These come with a small mount. I took three of these and made a cluster. After viewing the video I will be going back and working on that cluster and will post results.

The best strobe system I like are the three LED's with the Cig. plug. those are very very bright but not unidirectional.

It was cloudy and looked like rain. I wanted to show these in bright sun but no sun today. When the sun shines I will post a video with these in the sun.

I used these guys when I was building the Emeraude. A complete Whelen system for under $200. Plug it in and go!

Yes I did remove this clip. Without going into a big drawn out explanation. Lets just say it was not up to the quality I wanted to see. The sun was not out and it really did not show you anything. I will be reposting this video.

On that note, I removed this a couple days after posting this video. It took a month before anyone noticed.

    Hi, They aren't mounted yet...

One will go in each wing tip...and the other two will be top and bottom on the fuselage...

    about in the middle area...

Not for night flying.... and only clear plastic covers for maximum bright flash...
