    I downloaded the pdf to read on my pc, I see a big black square at the bottom of page 2 & 32, like there is supposed to be a picture there or something. Am I missing something?

    I saw something similar last month & figured it was an editing error.

    There will be video's there Mike. While the edition is available, it isn't "out" so to speak, meaning we haven't sent the email blast yet. Should be anytime now, and the video's will be there.
