2012 debreif

Hal, Just wondering if they had a debrief for 2012, and what if any improvements are taking place or planned for the camp and 2013.

While there was an extensive debrief with input from all staff a couple of months ago, in some ways the debrief is an ongoing process that affects all of us as we plan for next year. I know there are a number of site updates planned, in particular those that would happen in conjunction with or directly because of the fence/roads project:

With all that said, I'm not personally specifically aware of what all the site changes will entail, and whether or not the recent change in leadership will affect priorities, etc. I'll ask around, but I'd also encourage you to keep an eye on e-Hotline and/or our website, as we'll definitely be announcing improvement plans there.
