    Roncz spreadsheets

When I was at Oshkosh, I briefly had the chance to speak with John Roncz and he suggested that I find his airfoil design spreadsheets. Does anyone know where I could find them?

I have the pdf (& jpeg, & dwg) files for his canard for the Long EZ but I dont think that is what you are talking about

If there is a publicly available excel type spreadsheet with his name on it I have never heard of it

Now you have me remembering something - I had something like that once, but I would have to find the floppy disk & get a 396 machine out of storage...

Steve, are they specifically airfoil design spreadsheets, or aircraft design? Here is a link to a page where you can get the complete (?) design spreadsheet, as well as scans of his 12 EAA articles.

Thanks Tony. I think that was what he was referring to. The airfoil aspects of the design I am working on are proving to be massively frustrating since it is the one area of the process where I have the least amount of experience. To be absolutely honest, I need myself an aerodynamicist but I'd like to at least have a rough idea of what the design needs before I go tracking one down.

You can get all the back issues of Sport Aviation from the online section. Here is a link to the first article from Feb, 1990.

Thanks Charlie. BTW, I still owe you a beer for that golfcart ride last year at Oshkosh.
