This is from a 2009 BMW R1200R motorcycle that went down with 35K miles on the engine.

BMW 20-50W synthetic oil used after first 1500 miles and changed, with filter, every 5K miles.
Includes alternator, starter, fuel injection etc.

With the tranny (which could be sold separately), this is about 10K worth of dual-spark technology.

Asking $900 OBO, plus shipping or pickup in San Francisco Bay Area.
