WRT is Internet shorthand for "With Regard To"

Maybe I am also a little too skeptical, because of experience.
I once hired a contractor friend to build a house for me. I saw one he built outside of town and it was nice, so I mostly trusted him. The good story had one big flaw; come to find out my expert builder friend did not have a contractors license and could not legally build on my lot in the city. So at the last moment I had to find another builder.
I once flew to Houston to look at buying a Swift that seemed good in the ad. It looked nice in person, but then the good story started. It had no airworthiness certificate and the a & p had not signed off the last annual so it could not legally be flown, but of course he was going to sign it off just as soon as he got back in town. I left it there.

All the FAA paperwork on this plane with proper matching builder's name data is now in hand.
