Yes we could. But they would cost as much as a fat boy.
We have always made high quality low cost quadrants, 95% of them are under 100.00.
There are plenty of high end quadrants Fat Boy, Andair.
I saw one of our quadrants that was 30+ years old at the Arlington air show. I know this because it had MS bolts.
We changed to AN bolts 30 years ago. Durable, low cost, high quality aircraft grade bolts ,nuts, material.

Where do you get the various knobs?

I make the round knobs, The T-bar handles I had a mold made and get them from a company back east, 100 min. order.

You can apply the "standard" throttle, mixture and pitch knobs correct?
Unfortunately in science what you believe is irrelevant.
