    o
ur stuart fl eaa chapter 692 hosted the tir motor and had a blast. 4 days of flying left a lot of people very happy. elderly people remembered flying in one when they were 7 years old, a few men remember flying them. most were there first time. i elected to fly right seat and was amazed at the slow and heavy response. tom was fun to fly with. he said it cruised, took off, and approached at 85, stalled at 52. it was a great experience. thank you EAA and all that helped.
