Looking for RANS S-7 Builder Bruce W. Hoppe

I recently acquired a RANS S-7 that was built in 96-98 (?) and it was not flown since 2000!!! Yes, it has been sitting for 11 years unflown. The previous owner had a scary flight from what I was told and put it in the hangar and never flew it again.
The builder is listed as Bruce W. Hoppe of Brentwood TN and the plane is abosultely georgous. I personally think he did a very nice job in its construction.
I have been trying to locate this gentleman and tell him I am the current owner and ask him a few question about the plane.
If anyone knows the where abouts of Mr. Hoppe or a contact number for him I would be most appreciative.

Found a "Bruce William Hoppe" in my 2008 copy of the the FAA pilot database. The address is just a PO Box in Sidney, Ohio, but online white pages didn't list a number.
