1968 Tan Son Nhut Airport (Saigon) footage

This video has been making the rounds on the aviation forums of late and I thought I'd share it here. It is some really great footage from the Vietnam War recorded at Tan Son Nhut Airport in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City now).

Very cool Zack, too bad it takes a war to get that much air traffic in one place.

    Thanks, Zack. That was fascinating.

Certainly not to criticize the gentleman quoted, but I hope nobody thinks they can compare the celebration every year at Oshkosh, with its pyro show that brings smiles to everybody's faces, to the disaster, affecting tens of thousands of lives, depicted in the last minute or so of that video.
