    ACA Form 309 Source

Is there a source for blank ACA Form 309s (Operation Limitations for aircraft with no approved flight manual) The one I have for my J4A project is super threadbare.

According to the FAA Aircraft Maintenance Division, AFS-300, an FAA FSDO Aviation Safety Inspector or a FAA designee can replace the old Form 309. It is considered part of the certificate of airworthiness and is required documentation. The FSDO will issue a letter versus the old form 309.

If the FSDO has questions they could call Kim Barnette in AFS-300, at 202-385-6403, as the reference on the procedure/process.

I would suggest contacting The Cub Club. They have the blank form.
