Folding Bicycles in Airplane Camping Areas?

Just Curious, does anyone know if Folding bicycles are allowed in ALL Airplane camping areas? I noticed there were a few in N40 on the south side of 09/27. how about the South40??

Personal transportation such a bikes and electric recreational vehicles are not permitted (reference the Vintage FL Ops manual). However, there is a proviso that they may be permitted. I assume that would be for mobility challenged individuals.

Folding bicycles are usually allowed in most airplane camping areas, but it's a good idea to double-check with the specific airport or campground you're planning to visit. Rules can vary from place to place, so it's best to make sure in advance.

Off the EAA aircraft camping guidelines webpage: "Bicycles and personal transportation devices, such as Segways, are allowed in North 40 and South 40 only. South 40 use is approved south of the Ultralight area (as indicated by signage)."

Auburntsts is correct. You can ride a bike up to the north end of the south 40 (where the tram turnaround is) but no furhter. Sam for coming east toward the show in the North 40.
You can carry a bike in your plane if you park in HBC or Vintage, but they'll rag ya if you attempt to ride it.
