    Site Cameras

    Hey All.
Are they doing the cameras this year for the show and prior to watch setup?
The one link I saw takes you to youtube but doesn't work.

    Thanks

I believe so, but if memory serves they install them the week prior to the show so it’s too early to get the feed as of yet.

IMHO the clarity looks better than previous years and having sound really is a major bonus.

Does it seem like the webcam video is delayed? I never seem to be able to reconcile the videos to the weather radar or the ADSB video.

Delayed or not, I love having this option when I can't go.

It usually gets delayed as the service it gets hosted on has to do some processing with it. Even watching the same TV channel over the air is much earlier than watching through cable.

i figured I had too many things I needed to get done this summer to go, and then I blow the week watching the live streams.
But if I was there, I couldn’t watch when it’s time to get things started on the most sensational inspirational, celebrational, Muppetational. This is what they call the Hal Bryan Show! (On EAA Radio.)
i wish EAA Radio could provide auto parking lot status in the morning. It would be nice to know what to expect.

They spent the money to stream the air show music this year. I have a mixed opinion about that. Engine sound is good to hear.

Production quality is several steps up from having a camera on the control tower too. Looks very good.

The convention is completely over now.
The live video feeds just went away
It was interesting to see how fast things get packed up there.

Yeah, the cameras used to hang around for a while after, and pacify me. Although if they are paying, I guess I understand why they disappear so fast.

I remember watching a camera in the past and it started tilting over, then went dead. That was the end....
